Terms and Conditions
By using Jordan Jobs, you agree to these terms governing the relationship between the platform, job seekers, and employers in Jordan.
Employer Responsibilities
Employers and job publishers are responsible for the accuracy of job details, salary, location, employment terms, and contact methods. The administration may edit, hide, or reject unclear, non-compliant, or misleading listings.
Job Seeker Responsibilities
Job seekers must provide accurate account, CV, and application information. Using another person's data, submitting false information, or sharing financial details or sensitive documents before verifying the recipient is prohibited.
Public Sources and Curated Jobs
The platform may display jobs from public sources or manual curation and identify the source when available. An authorized party may request a listing correction or removal through the contact page, subject to verification.
Manual Payments and Activation
Paid services are activated after manual review of payment evidence. Prices and offers may change before payment. Paid or waived orders are governed by the status shown in billing records and the administration dashboard.
Prohibited Content
Fake jobs, fraud, unlawful discrimination, abuse, defamation, hate speech, harmful links, or content that violates applicable Jordanian law are prohibited. We may suspend accounts or remove content following a violation or credible report.
Data Protection
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Applicant information must be used only for recruitment related to the posted job. Copying, selling, or using applicant data for marketing without clear consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
We work to review listings and improve data reliability, but users remain responsible for verifying the employer and contract terms before making decisions or transferring money outside the platform.
Reports and Removal Requests
If a listing is inaccurate, or you are its owner and want it corrected or removed, send its details and URL through the contact page and we will review it as soon as possible.
