Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, applying for company vacancies carries no fees; the platform never asks you for any money to apply, and we strongly warn you against paying any money to any advertiser requesting that under the name of application or training fees. The free account lets you browse jobs, build your profile, and try applying once; when you need more applications you can upgrade to the Plus plan (5 JOD per month), which raises the limit to 5 applications with extra benefits.

After saving your CV, 2.5 JOD gets you an Arabic PDF + English PDF with a photo; this option does not include ATS. Choose the 5 JOD Plus package to add the ATS version.

Plus is an optional 5 JOD upgrade for job seekers. It includes both the designed PDF with a photo and the ATS-friendly version, up to 5 job applications, a smart QR code, and a public verification page.

You can register on the platform by selecting an 'Employer' account. After registration, your business dashboard will appear, where you can click 'Post a Job' and fill in the details of the vacancy and how to receive applications (within the platform, or via email/WhatsApp). The ad is then submitted for a quick manual review by our team and goes live to seekers once approved. Posting fees start at 10 JOD per single ad, while applying to jobs always remains completely free for job seekers.

We offer three options for companies:

1Single Job Post (10 JOD): Publish one job ad after review and approval.

2Basic Plan (12 JOD/month): Post up to 5 active job ads per month.

3Professional Plan (Pro - 30 JOD/month): Unlimited job ads, with automatic featured highlighting and priority visibility to seekers.

There is no free plan for company job postings, while applying always remains completely free for job seekers.

To facilitate transactions, we rely on local, fast, and secure payment methods in Jordan: CliQ (the CliQ receiving/transfer number is: 0799268661), e-wallets (Zain Cash, Orange Money, UWallet), bank transfer, or direct cash payment. The CliQ number 0799268661 is used only to receive transfers and is different from the support/WhatsApp number. After completing the payment, send the payment proof (receipt screenshot) via WhatsApp to the support number, and our admin team will activate your plan or ad right away.

We have a security audit team that manually reviews every job post and vacancy. We verify the physical existence and registration of the company, and completely ban any ad requesting fees for application or promoting fake opportunities. We also place a prominent security warning on every job detail page to protect seekers and facilitate quick reporting.
