How can I edit my CV information after creating it?
Simply log in to your account, go to your dashboard, then select 'CV'. You can edit any field, add experiences, education, and skills, and your CV will update instantly and automatically, even on your QR code.
Which services are free and which require a subscription?
Registration, browsing, and building your profile are free. An Arabic PDF + English PDF with a photo costs 2.5 JOD and does not include ATS. Plus costs 5 JOD and adds the ATS version, up to 5 job applications, and tracking.
How can I report a suspicious or expired job?
We care about the credibility of opportunities on our platform. You can use the contact form above and choose the subject 'Report a Suspicious Job' and attach the job link or name, or contact us immediately on WhatsApp support, and our team will handle the report within 24 hours.
